Contemporary Art Trader is a specialist platform for sourcing and selling collectible contemporary and fine art. The gallery focuses on editions and rarities from leading artists, with a strong emphasis on Banksy, as well as names such as Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Roy Lichtenstein, Bridget Riley, Keith Haring, and others. The brand’s positioning is built around trust, availability, and expertise: the platform highlights that listed artworks are in stock, available, priced where possible, and ready to ship within 72 hours.
For the redesign, our goal was to transform the website into a more premium, gallery-like digital experience. We focused on creating a cleaner visual hierarchy, stronger artwork presentation, and a more confident layout that reflects the value of the pieces being sold. The interface needed to feel minimal and refined, allowing the artworks to take the lead while making browsing, enquiry, and decision-making feel smooth and intuitive.
The result is a contemporary website concept that balances art-market credibility with a modern digital product feel. By combining spacious layouts, elegant typography, visual focus on the artworks, and a clearer enquiry journey, the redesign helps position Contemporary Art Trader not just as an online catalogue, but as a trusted destination for collectors looking for rare, high-value contemporary works.
