Overview

McNeill Hotelware are long-established leading suppliers of products to the hospitality industry. They approached us to build a custom e-commerce website that would allow trade customers and retail customers to order anything from their range of many thousand products online.

We created a custom Shopify solution with Sage integration. The website is fully integrated with Sage allowing for the 2-way communication of key data including inventory, customers, price lists and orders.

Trade customers avail of their own, specific pricing and the website handles trade applications and registrations. Inventory syncing allows product availability to be kept up-to-date while order syncing allows orders for both retail and trade customers to go into the relevant Sage accounts. This will massively cut down on laborious and unnecessary administration throughout the business.
